Mark Abadi was holding a meditation workshop at the Balance Studio in Hale, Cheshire on Sunday the 14th of September from 1pm till 5pm. The workshop will cost £30 per person.

Although the workshop had people interested there was not really enough time to advertise it. As such it was deemed a good idea to postpone it until a later date.

The workshop will give participants skills and exercises to practice being aware of their own thoughts feeling and bodies. It will give them tools to be able to gain control, focus and release from stress.

Many of the exercises that were to be held during the workshop will now be incorporated into the weekly meditation classes starting on Sunday the 28th of September at the Balance Studio. The current start time is 6pm and classes will run for 90 minutes. You will gain practical experience at being still and returning control of your life to yourself.
